A Lucy's calzone starts with the same dough as our pies: prepped fresh every day, hand-made and hand-tossed. We fold it around the fillings of a specialty pie and bake it on stone at 600 degrees, so the outside crisps while the cheese inside melts. Fourteen versions sit on the menu, from the Zestpian and the Pizzle to BBQ Chicken and Buffalo Chicken. If you would rather have it open-faced, the same toppings come as a full specialty pie, and our cheesesticks make a good starter.

Every Lucy's shop makes calzones to order, whether you are in Rigby, Wendell or one of our two Idaho Falls shops. Order ahead for takeout and it will be hot when you walk in, or sit down and share one family style. A Meaty or Supreme calzone is a full meal on its own, and a cannoli or slice of NY cheesecake finishes it off. Calzones also travel well, so they make an easy pick for delivery when the whole family wants something different.
