Our cheesesticks start with the breadsticks on the menu and add a full layer of mozzarella. The dough is the same one we use for every pie, prepped fresh daily and hand-tossed, then baked on stone until the cheese pulls. Each order comes with marinara for dipping. They are the starter most tables order first, and they go well with ten chicken wings while you wait on a New York style pie.
