The Lucy's Margherita is fresh sliced tomato and basil on a classic cheese pie. It comes in 12, 15 and 18 inch sizes and on our gluten free crust, all built on dough that is prepped fresh daily and hand-tossed. The 600 degree stone oven gives the thin crust a crisp edge with a slightly chewy middle, which is exactly what a simple pie needs. Want to try it before committing to a whole one? For a party, the Margherita is also on the Take and Bake menu, ready for your own oven at home.
